We are proud to have become a place for divers to find buddies and dive sites, research products, find instructors and dive shops, and plan their dive-related vacations, all in one easy-to-use site. liveSCUBA, LLC was founded in 2007 by Kris Hardy, an avid scuba diver, computer programmer and entrepreneur. While he was discussing potential regulator purchases with several friends while on a dive trip in Bonaire, he realized that SCUBA diving information was too fragmented, and there had to be a better way for divers to research new equipment. What stemmed from that was liveSCUBA.com, a social network for SCUBA divers, bringing individuals with various experiences into a community where everyone can learn from and share knowledge with other divers worldwide. While we are still in our infancy, liveSCUBA is showing promise to emerge as THE resource for SCUBA divers.
